JPUSA Church Services

Our Sunday morning worship services are open to anyone, and visitors are especially welcome. Worship services are held Sunday at 10:00 a.m. in the auditorium of the Joan Arai Middle School, 900 W. Wilson Avenue, Chicago. Worship usually lasts until 11:30 or 12:00. "Children's Church" for children ages 4 through 8 is held next door at 920 W. Wilson (ask at the lobby).

Sorry, there is no nursery or daycare for younger children. There is also no Sunday School hour . . . yet. Your prayers for staff, teachers, and volunteers would be appreciated! You are welcome to bring audio or video equipment if you would like to tape the services, but please arrive a few minutes early to set up.

Communion services are generally held the first Sunday of each month. Worship and dress are pretty informal here—it seems to go along with the extra-wide carpeted "steps" in the auditorium.

Directions

The Joan Arai Middle School is next door to Jesus People USA's main building at 920 West Wilson Avenue (4600 N), a street parallel to and south of Lawrence Avenue (4800 N).
