Friendly Towers is more than a retirement hotel. Offering unique intergenerational living for those fifty-five and up, Friendly Towers provides, at a very affordable rate, the environment many seniors are seeking. Located in the renovated historic Chelsea House, Friendly Towers is owned and managed by Jesus People USA - Cornerstone Community Outreach (affiliated with the Evangelical Covenant Church).

Friendly Towers is ideal for seniors with no family support. Rent includes furnished room, utilities, three meals per day, weekly housekeeping & linen service, free social services, available medical suite with weekly doctor visits, an all resident staff, and phones in each room for safety and security.

Friendly Towers is staffed by people dedicated to serving the needs of the inner-city elderly. Our staff lives in the same building and can be available in case of emergency 24 hours a day. Friendly Towers is also a safe house in our neighborhood.

We provide safe, pleasant and affordable living for low-income, homeless, neglected, or abused senior citizens. Our aim is to maximize each of our resident's independence in his/her living environment. We seek to enhance each resident's physical, emotional and spiritual quality of life.
